UNCLASSIFIED, PUBLIC RELEASE Chip-scale Phased Array LiDAR for 4D Imaging Using our fully solid-state technology to enable chip-scale low-SWaP devices, we have developed a 9000-antenna optical phased array operating in the near infrared optical wavelengths. This is integrated into a 4D imaging LiDAR with more than 100 m range, cm-scale range resolution, and cm/s-scale velocity sensing. We present test results from our current development efforts, near-term standalone module SWaP estimates, and potential future capabilities that could be achieved using our technology.
